The place is clean and friendly staff. The location is walkable to the center of town. The hotel is small and quite dated but looks like well taken care off. Will book again.

The property is located in a great location. Extremely easy to access the trails, restaurants and stores. Parking was inconvenient as it was extremely limited. Older hotel but had the basic necessities. Staff were friendly.

We could not make it because of the massive snowfall with travel advisory that started 1 day before our booked trip. The manage Joe refused to give me a refund. The trip was for my 3 year old daughter and I. I was not going to risk our lives to make this trip but Joe said that it’s winter and Alberta so it’s expected and would not give us a refund, let us change dates or anything. Extremely poor management and terrible customer service with no empathy or consideration for a guests safety.

An older property , did not have a River view. Comfortable beds . Booked a 2 bedroom Front desk staff excellent, assisted us with the bus schedule. Prompt maintenance assistance when the microwave and coffee maker blew a circuit breaker. Lovely area to walk to Bow River. Would stay here again, but would like the River view. Used the pool and restaurant in the sister property across the parking lot , very nice facility .

This property shows its age, pool, workout facility, and restaurant are not on site, you have to access the sister hotel across the parking lot I thought this hotel was a bit pricy for what is on site, but it has excellent views of the Bow River, and excellent staff on site. I even got to hear the wolves howling at night!

This property is adequate for a good nights sleep. In general the building, including the lobby and rooms, are dated, and worn, but clean. It is very quiet, the rooms facing the Bow river have a lovely view, the mattresses were comfortable. The location is great. Banff Avenue is only two blocks away, and the Bow river trails are just outside the door.
