Staff great, El Toro restaurant was excellent. Clean and quiet but old. Very few electric outlets, no sit at desk or table, completely outdated heat and ac, no microwave.

Irwin’s was in a great location in Banff not too far from the busy downtown area- however the property itself could do with a little TLC and some modernisation. The car park was very small and tight and difficult to manoeuvre around. The bedroom only had one available plug socket which for friends sharing was a tight squeeze.
