We’ve stayed here several times because it is a great location with a touch of modern while keeping that traditional Canadian style. They have a parking garage that is easy to access and is connected to the hotel. The views are spectacular. The rooms are spacious. This visit, the mini fridge did freeze all our food we had for hiking and the toilet made weird noises. Staff was attentive to our issues.

We were in one of the lower level rooms, went for the inexpensive option. And the rooms are definitely dated and quite dark. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Dinner was ok, the fried chicken was very good, my husband’s burger quite dry (not worth $40) and the duck bao buns tasty but also a bit dry. Overall experience - we had a great time on our getaway but not worth the $$

Eden was incredible, the view, food and wine were absolute top tier. Spent about as much during 3 hours at dinner then we did for two nights at the hotel. The room was… underwhelming and showed its age, our view was of the parking garage and could barely make out a corner of a mountain. The bus pass was great but definitely would have liked a nicer room for over $400 a night.

It was a majestic experience . Rimrock - excellent in all aspect from food to staff and facilities . It’s just 3 minutes walking distance to Banff gondola ride and 3 minutes walking distance to hot spring .. also if you wanna go to downtown Banff it’s free ride shuttle bus just ask the front desk … surely we will be back ..😀

Rimrock is a quiet resort with beautiful views from the rooms. It’s just a 5mts walk from there to North the Banff gondola as well as hot springs. Friendly staff and very convenient basement parking available.
