Staffs were great. Check in staffs were all service with smile. The bell service people were very friendly. The guy name Big was there to help with anything we asked. Getting taxi, answered questions about where to go. He spoke good English and very friendly.

Do not trust the photos in the listing. They are all CGI. The room is small and dimly lit. The corridor is cramped and dark. The environment is chaotic and has lots of vice and bars. The crowd in the mix is very very shady. Doesn't feel safe. Service was cold and not welcoming. Only plus point is the proximity to bts station.

Our room was faced the street full of bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Poor sound insulation of walls that makes us couldn’t have a good sleep. Smell of cannabis along the street at night.

Comfortable hotel in convenient location. Close to sukhumvit Rd, Nana station and many restaurants, bars etcetera. Nice pool, good breakfast and a great concierge, Tawan, who was very friendly, professional and helpful. He made a good hotel great!
