The hotel in the heart of China town their staff super nice room are stale but very comfortable the bathroom are good their buffet is excellent the only thing missing here is like bottle of water coffee usually all the hotel I’ve been they have I can come back

I like the property and people but woke up very sweaty as air on was off due to no electric tans it seemed only my room. Every time it was switched on the breaker would go off again. I finally just got up and check out just so I could be out of the stuffy room.

The location was conveniently situated near various markets, coffee shops, and restaurants. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, but upon entering the room, I noticed that some of the roof tiles were out of place and had to be adjusted. However, I was disappointed to find that the rooms were not as clean as depicted, with noticeable dirty fingerprints on the walls. Additionally, the shower had drainage issues after every use. The furniture appeared dated, and there was a lack of updated power outlets.

Central location great sercice
The staff were really helpful and pleasant from the moment we arrived. Always assisted us in the most efficient way. The room was very spacious and the view from the 16th floor was amazing Having a walk in closet was a wonderful asset. No need to see suitcases.

The hotel was in a convenient location, short walk to the pier and the surrounding streets were full of markets. I had to change rooms because the air conditioning was making so much noise it sounded like someone was slamming a door every 10 minutes, staff were very good and relocated me into another room straight away at 5 am in the morning. Having stayed in two different rooms I found that both showers were very old and needed updating, it would be nice if the hotel invested in some USB charging sockets in the room as there were none. The hotel is clean and would stay there again, just needs a bit of updating. The rooftop bar was excellent place to chill out.

The room was very very spacious (with 2 restrooms included). It's centrally located right in Chinatown. As soon as you stepped outside, all the foods and vendors are there. Overall, the room itself is just a little dated, but still in good condition. The staff was friendly. The surrounding area is as expected, little old and smelly, especially since it's a night market. But for the hotel itself, highly recommended it and will book again if in the area.
