We stayed in a Superior room with two double beds and city view. Our overall experience was really good! Most of the staff are friendly. Some are more reserved, but still polite. The buffet breakfast is a must. It is nice and convenient to be able to go down for breakfast before getting ready and heading out. Mix of western and eastern inspired food. There is no shortage of food or drink options. The dining area itself is lovely and comfortable. The room was very clean and the window was huge and offered plenty of natural light. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was sleek and modern. My criticism about the room is that the TV was very outdated. Most of the channels were in Thai and did not have subtitles. It would be nice to have the option to screen share or login to streaming services - even if we need to use our personal accounts. This meant that entertainment and downtime in the room was limited. The location of the hotel was great. A short walk from EmSphere and other shops and best of all, the Phrom Phong BTS Station. The street the hotel is on is more quiet and has wonderful spas, some street food, 7-11 convenience store and a lovely little cafe. As two females, we walked the area during the day and at night and always felt safe. Grab cars could easily locate the hotel and the doormen and security were very helpful and friendly. Overall a very positive stay and we are both happy with our decision to book this hotel.

A great hotel with a skybar which was amazing. The swimming pool in need a repair with alot of the tiles have moved. And safety wire around pool not stainless hence the rust. Smoking around pool takes alot of points of also.

This hotel is beautiful, from the lobby to the rooms. The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable and the shower and bath facilities worked well. They offered certain bath amenities such as toothbrush/toothpaste, shower caps, q-tips, etc and have tons of closet space for putting away your things. My room also had a small sofa for a sitting area. The hotel has a nice pool and a gorgeous rooftop bar with very tasty food and drinks. The hotel is walking distance to EMSPHERE and Terminal 21 shopping malls; there are several modes of transportation all around and the hotel has a tuktuk service that runs every 30 minutes or so as well as cabs. The staff was very friendly and helpful and most were English speakers as well. My stay was very enjoyable and pleasant and I highly recommend this hotel

It’s a good stay, but it is not the best. Likes Convenience to travel to places Cleanliness Dislikes Not all staff is polite. There is one lady at the front desk showed “I don’t care type of attitude” after I asked about my double booking with Expedia. Or maybe she had a bad day. One gentlemen showed I am happy to help attitude at all time. Wished there are more breakfast options. My stay was 7/12-8/14 if you need more information.

After a couple of bad experiences with other Bangkok hotels, it was such a pleasure to check-in to the Novotel for my last few days in the city. The property is clean, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are simple but comfortable. Thank you for a great stay!
