Lovely small boutique hotel. The suite room was really great with huge bed & bathroom. Ok good. Staff very nice & accommodating. Loved the pool. Bar staff helpful but inexperienced making cocktails. Overall really good

Check in was not great. Miserable staff. Refused to honour free drinks because I was a silver member. After much arguing, they gave in but it was embarrassing. Rooms were cleaned at 4pm. Pool was filthy too. Average and wouldn’t stay again.

Just reminder for everyone to make sure secure your belongings inside the room. My son just experienced someone went inside our room and checking our belongings even though we had signed that DO NOT Disturb. House keeper still went inside the room while my son was inside the bathroom and you can see from inside to outside the bathroom what’s going on due to a glass wall. I did reported the incident to the manager and never heard back from them.

Good hotel
It was located in a great area. Quite street with the metro very close. There was a little bit of a misunderstanding which was unfair to us. Twice indifferent situations but it got clarified. Kinda a downer but aside form that the breakfast was great.

Extremely friendly staff, amazing location to multiple shopping centers and bars, all very walkable. I admittedly used mainly motorbike taxis to get around because I'm a bit lazy but, otherwise, it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to some of the best malls in Bangkok. Room was absolutely perfect, extremely clean, shower was warm, AC was cold, huge window for waking up in the morning, couches were clean and well kept. Side note, the concierge is one of the coolest guys I've ever met in any of my travels, the hotel gets a 10/10 for his energy alone, seriously. The single complaint I have is that the TVs are extremely dated, but who rents a room in Bangkok to sit at the hotel and watch TV all day? Other than that, it was an amazing stay and I'll definitely be back. Book a stay here, you'll undoubtedly be back.
