From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable – the staff was warm, attentive, and made every effort to enhance our stay. The Presidential Suite exceeded our expectations with its spacious layout, modern amenities, and breathtaking city views. The luxurious details, from plush bedding to high-end toiletries, truly showcased Pullman’s commitment to quality. The Scarlet Restaurant was beyond exceptional! The truffle mac and cheese was in a category by itself when compared with any other mac and cheese we have ever tasted! Every dish was excellent, and the French onion soup was certainly in competition for the most delicious we ever had. All the staff were polite, friendly and kind. It is family friendly, but was quiet. We had great sleep. We will return at the first opportunity.

We love Scarlett restaurant it has one of the best view in Bangkok. The food, wine, and service is outstanding. Pullman G is central to everything which is convenient.

I was really happy to stay there for a few days. However sometimes new water bottles and towels were not supplied after bed making. Hopefully the procedure will be improved for this matter. Other than that, everything is nice. Staffs are so friendly and helpful.
