Staff was very friendly. Easy pickup from the airport for about $50 usd Location very convinient to shopping mall and the BTS stop phong phrom. Food at prime restaurant was bad. And pricey for what you can get elsewhere. The food is the one thing that prevents me from leaving 5 stars The pool has a great view and well kept.

Loved my stay here, the property was beautiful. Really enjoyed the pool and the rooftop bars. Great sunset view. The staff were incredible, went above and beyond. I thought I had booked my room for another two nights and there was a mess up with the booking. They were understanding and helpful and let me get booked for those extra nights without having to check out of the room I was currently in. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Bangkok.

This hotel is in a great part of the city. Easy access to trainlines, shopping, rooftop bars, nightlife. The room was clean and a good size. The pool was the disappointment. Not big enough for the amount of people using it. Breakfast was a buffet and enough to start the day. Would stay here again
