Over all the hotel was good. The service we had was outstanding. The room was clean. They’re in the process of upgrade this inside of tge building. The room was small but it served its purpose to sleep and shower. Was only there 2 nights.

Staff were amazing! Very helpful and happy. Pool was lovely! Pancakes for breakfast, we ate in the restaurant in the evening and it was tasty and the price was reasonable. They have airport transfers and the driver assisted with suitcases! Plenty going on in the area. Malls, massage, nails and food! We will definitely be returning

I only stayed here one night briefly after a flight from the United States, before moving to another hotel in Bangkok to stay with my son. The room was fine, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I have no complaints, but no special reason to give it five stars either.

Great amenities and wonderful staff. Beds are comfortable and water pressure in shower is excellent. The pool is nice and the breakfast buffet is really good! Room service food is super tasty! The hotel is right around the corner from the mall, which isbextrmely convenient!

We stayed for five days: the pool furniture Robinson Mall nearby, definitly to visit, very good clothes staff very friedly and helpfull AC food in the restaurant (especially dinner) - some things (mango) weren't available (but in the menu)
