The property offered a decent stay with well-organized and structured facilities. The breakfast options were truly superb. However, the room experience was disappointing. The initial room assigned had a noticeable smoke and mold odor. Despite requesting a non-smoking room, I was initially told that the smell was common for a Japanese hotel and not a cause for concern. After insisting, I was moved to a different room. While the agent ultimately acknowledged the problem, the initial response and lack of immediate resolution were unsatisfactory. Furthermore, the even bar team seriously need proper training. I ordered a bottle of wine, 25 minutes later I reminded the agent again about the wine. His response was "ops I forgot" Keep in mind, my partner and I were the only guests at the bar section. Then starting to give us terrible attitude for acknowledging his lack of service.

Best Hotel in Bangkok...the world!
Probably the best hotel I stayed in the 43 countries I visited. From the hotel, facilities and staff. If I could give this hotel a 6 out of 5 star, I would! I came back to Bangkok to visit my partner and I had to extend my stay on 3 different occasion. The staff was super accommodating and made my stay a wonderful experience to remember. My partner and I stayed at the prestige suite and I highly recommend to any traveler. To the entire staff from the front desk, bartenders, restaurant waiters, gym and pool facilitators and bell hop. Thank you so much for this wonderful stay. Will be coming back to the Okura whenever I'm back in Bangkok.

Best hotel I ever stayed at! Prestige Suite!
The best hotel I stayed in the 43 countries I've been to. The service is first class. I stayed here for a romantic trip and had to extend my stay in two separate occasion. The amazing staff at Okura Prestige Bangkok were extremely accommodating and made my experience for my partner and I truly amazing. The infinity pool is truly remarkable (day and night time). But I truly love the "Prestige Suite, 1 King Bed" room I stayed in. The view will take your breath away. Anytime I come back to Bangkok, the Okura will be where I will stay at. Also a huge thank you to all of the staff from bell hop, bartenders, room service and cleaning staff. A remarkable experience and stay!

Simply amazing. The staff members were polite, and the hotel condition was extremely well-kept. The breakfast buffet was to die for, and the spa service was out of this world. Their Japanese restaurant, Yamazato, was probably the best Japanese restaurant that provided unbelievable Teppanyaki experience. Lastly, the 33rd floor club lounge staff always provided the best service whenever I visited in such a serene and peaceful setting. I will not hesitate to stay at the Okura Prestige Bangkok again next time when I visit Thailand. Indeed, I already plan to visit again next year.

It was my third visit and convinced Okura is a gem. The service is always consistent: friendly and accommodating staff. In particular, I want to single out Assistant Front Desk Manager Bo and her team. You make the guests feel welcome from check in to check out! I also want to send a big mahalo (Hawaiian for thank you) to Namtip, my housekeeper, who kept my room clean and comfy during my stay! Thank you to the staff at the Club Lounge…your service is exceptional! The daily breakfast buffet at Up and Above is amazing; what an awesome selection! The staff (waiters and chefs) do a great job taking care of not only me but all the guests who were there when I was! La Patisserie on the ground level is an absolute must! The pastries are an astronomical delight! Finally, thank you to GM Nick. You are always present, taking the time to greet guests and assist your team members! It happened daily! You are an amazing part of Okura. You not only make the guests feel welcome, but you set a great example for the employees. Everyone has a role in Okura’s success but it always starts at the top! Thank you for another excellent stay. As I told Nick (and others), this time I stayed at Shangri-la for my first 4 nights. It does not compare to Okura even one tiny bit! I’ll be back!
