Nice hotel and staff treat you very well. I didnt like the people offering taxi service trying to stop me every time i walked outside. Sleeping is atrocious due to loud music all around the property.

We stayed in a family room 2 adults, 2 children. Everything about our stay was perfect. All staff were so kind! The kids loved the pool (as did we). It’s a very central location, you walk right out of the hotel lobby into the heart of the area surrounded by bars, restaurants etc. Absolutely perfect, would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel itself is lovely. Although it does not retain any sense of Thai in its decor, the more modern decor does work. It’s wonderful to have a pool in the middle of hot Bangkok. However, the street that it is on has become very, very noisy. And although the hotel has gone to great lengths to triple-pane their windows and make them sound proof as possible, I am writing this at one in the morning, and I am being kept up by the bar and singing noise on the street below. Even tho I am wearing earplugs to try and block to sound, I can still feel and hear the reverberation in my head. If loud night time noise does not bother you, or if you are lucky enough to get a room on the non-street side of the hotel, then the location and the quality of the hotel will be just right for you. (Perhaps it Might be good business sense and a general kindness to supply earplugs to all the guests on the little tray of toiletry offerings! I believe they’d be way more beneficial than the shower cap that is there but is probably almost never needed!)

Excellent hôtel pour tout, sauf pour les déjeuners. Un peu bruyant, mais il faut s’y attendre puisque c’est situé au cœur de Khaosan. J’y retournerais, sans prendre l’option déjeuner.

Incredibly noisy at night. We were given a room which backed on to Khao San Road, music was played really loud until 2am. Our room wasn’t given any ear plugs and it was really hard to sleep ahead of a flight the next day.

My only criticism was, after a long flight from the UK to Bangkok, then a half hour Taxi ride to the hotel After checking in, to be told our room wouldn't be ready for another 2 hours!! We were allocated another room, only criticism was that the room we were supposed to have was a delux double, this did not meet my standards for a delux? and we were facing the road which was noisy at night

Excellent hotel
Excellent hotel. Could not have been happier with it. It was in a great location; close enough to the night life but you could sleep without being disturbed by any noise. The staff were all super attentive and the room was spotlessly clean. Beds were comfy and the shower was great. Pool was a great addition.

This hotel was in the best location and such value for money. Walk to the Grand Palace, quick Grab/Taxi to Icon Siam and the surrounding streets were so interesting to walk around and explore. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, the pool was great and the location was on a smaller quieter street with heaps of food trucks to choose from and only one street from Khaosan Road (although a bit full on, you can still find somewhere nice and relaxing). We felt very safe at all times. I would definitely stay here again and totally recommend this hotel.

If you want to stay in the Khosan Rd area and looking for something better than your average backpackers This is a perfect place. Family room is big and offers enough space for a fam of 4. The pool area is great and quiet. All While you are 1 mn walk from hundreds of restaurants and shops. Perfect

This property was in a perfect location and was very clean. Lots of places to eat and drink around it but also quite if you are not wanting to be right in the hustle and bustle, however it is a 1 minute walk away.
