Only reason i rated staff a 3 was because when we originally went to check in there was no one at the desk. We waited around for 10 min and then left to go get supper and come back later which then there were 2 employees there. They were very friendly.

No coffee maker or microwave
I have only one issue. There are no coffee or microwave in the rooms. Very inconvenient to go to the lobby to get a cup of coffee first thing in the morning.

Room size was large and comfortable. Housekeeping replaced towels but did not do any other servicing of room during our 3 night stay. Front desk staff was pleasant however were inconsistent on what should be done by housekeeping staff. We recognize property is attempting to rebuild services as they’ve taken from Ramada and this will be lengthy process however immediate attention should be given to cleanliness of lobby such as carpets. Wifi was very poor. Continuously dropped.

We come here whenever we are in Bangor. Great price, nice pub, pool, and restaurant! We didn't like the fact that trash hadn't been removed from door #1 for two days and is overflowing onto the ground around the entrance!
