Snow birds south bound
Excellent again as usual. Only one waste basket for the room. Put another basket in the bathroom. The two ladies in the kitchen this morning were excellent. Really great!

One Communal Milk Jug For All Must End!
Overall, my stay was fine. The staff was friendly, room size is good and the free breakfast was great! Waffle iron and another mini waffle iron with syrup, fruit, juice, cereal, eggs, bacon, sausage links, etc. I didn’t like having a gallon of milk in the fridge, with a cover, for everyone to use. I said, “no way,” people’s dirty hands, or worse, their mouth & lips have touch under the cover. What if somebody took a drink directly from the carton? They have a juice dispenser that’s cold so buy a milk dispenser that holds large bags of milk in multiple varieties or use milk cartons, sell milk cartons. Overall, they delivered great breakfast selections for free and I thank you for that. Please consider changing how the milk is dispensed to customers. A refrigerated milk dispenser is a better product, faster process and more sanitary.

The front desk staff was less than helpful or frendly. He said that there was nothing he could do to get us a n early check in. He told us this as he was putting on a back pack. He told us that there was absolutly nothing he could do and to come back in an hour. Five minutes later a new front desk staff arrived and checkec us in no questions asked.

Checked in late, gentleman at the front desk was so kind and helpful! Even gave me recommendations of some GOOD spots to get souvenirs for friends. It was not the most pristine room I’ve ever been in but it wasn’t that bad, either. (There was a small dried drop of something on the headboard and a hair in the shower, which are small things but a little bleh.) Overall, I would stay again

The lock on the door was missing a piece, so we were only able to use the deadbolt. There was an open hole in the wall where a cover with cable wire had fallen out of the wall. The bathtub had water in it upon checkin. There were no available emergency exit plans on the door or in the room. But on a good note, the pool and complimentary breakfast were great.
