Rooms needed proper cleaning, there were leftover bottles of soda in our room on the floor. The heating system was confusing and full of dust. Front desk staff told us they couldn't get us an extra pillow on request, as they didn't have keys for housekeeping.

A friend and I traveled for work. Our room was average, it did however smell like terrible body odor. There was alot of previous occupants hair on the bathroom floor. The restaurant food was very good and the staff were very friendly.
