Apartment of 45 m², very pretty and renovated, in a quiet residence with parking. There is a pleasant loggia overlooking the Bay of Banyuls.
An exceptional situation : in the middle of the Vermeille coast, very near of Spain (Figueras, Cadaques…), near of Perpignan (25 km), the town centre with the port and the beach or the pretty inlet 10 min walk, and the thalassoterapy centre in front of the residence (spa, balneo, possibility to have different kind of cares ).
During the summer, Banyuls is an authentic site, with the market place, family and daily activities, many visits : museum, coastal path, cellars… A preserved place. Dances and concerts practically every night (the noise don’t disturb because the residence is not in the town center).
You will find in our apartment many advices for your outings, and for your welcome a bottle of Banyuls wine. If you need, we can give you some information about rambles.
Our loggia is equipped with a barbecue in a closed cupboard. There are also electric shutters and a double sofa bed.
In the living room, there is a table for 2 or 4 people, a double sofa bed with mattress comfort and a simple sofa bed.

De très belles visites ,coullioure,Port Vendre,Cèrbères,Pierrefite et jusqu à l Espagne Rosas Cadaques le plus beau village de France .Une rendonnée à couper le souffle tout le long de la littorale de Banylus à Cerbere entre criques et vignobles le tout vue sur mer .Un panorama inoubliable! Agréables baignades à la plage centrale,à la crique du troc et pierrefites...Un séjour formidable ,avec des navettes qui font l aller et retour de Banyuls à Perpignan ,trés pratique et utile sans se soucier du parking...super!

Appartement propre, fonctionnel avec une attention de la part du propriétaire à notre arrivée. Il est bien situé (sur les hauteurs de banyuls) avec une belle vue sur la mer. Nous recommandons !

Super séjour, appartement idéalement situé dans une belle residence au calme
Appartement parfaitement conforme à la description, bien équipé, propre et chaleureux. Situé sur les hauteurs de banyuls dans une résidence fermée et très bien arborée. La vue est juste à couper le souffle ! L'hôte est très accessible et nous a même conseillé une petite crique isolée (qui se mérite). Petit plus pour ceux qui souhaitent aller à la thalasso, l'appartement est situé juste à côté. Nous y avons séjourné en couple avec notre enfant pour un week-end et nous y retournerons en été pour une semaine.

concernant l'ensemble tout a fait correct, surface , cuisine salle d'eau etc
Appartement 45 m² Chambre(s) 1 Couchages 4 Salle(s) de bain 1 Toilettes séparées 1 Séjour minimum 1 - 7 Nuitées Mais à notre grande surprise, la définition mentionnée dans l'annonce, ne correspond pas tout à fait à la réalité. Nous avons cherché la chambre, mais avons découvert un salon équipé de 2 canapés dont 1 déplié donnait 2 couchages avec une barre au milieu et 2 matelas séparés, pas vraiment l'idéal pour un couple. Ce couchage était de plus au ras du sol et croyez nous pour sortir du lit c'était gymnastique du matin. C'est notre grande déception d'avoir put bénéficier d'un vrai lit , ce qui nous a fait apprécier notre retour à la maison et le confort d'un vrai lit Dommage car l'appartement par lui même était ce que l'on en attendait en terme de surface et d'emplacement La définition chambre n'est pas appropriée et devrait être supprimé de l'annonce au profit de salon avec canapé se dépliant pour couchage Nous avons un retour prévu a Banyuls, mais ce ne sera pas dans cet appartement à qui il ne manque pas grand chose pour le rendre avec une vrai chambre Cordialement

Nous sommes venus en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants) passer 1 semaine dans cet appartement. Très propre, bien aménagé, très fonctionnel, accueil très agréable de Stéphanie, bouteille offerte par les propriétaires très appréciée, vue sur mer et résidence calme. Seul petit bémol, difficile de dormir dans la loggia quand il y a du vent, obligation de tout fermer à cause du bruit du vent contre le store. Gros plus durant l'été, navettes gratuites très régulières pour amener en ville et possibilité de prendre un chemin piéton pour aller en ville. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et nous remercions les propriétaires de leur gentillesse.

Super moment dans cet appartement!
Malgré une arrivée tardive à cause des bouchons l'accueil était chaleureux et les propriétaires très conciliants. L'endroit est top pour un jeune couple sans enfant, à proximité du sentier littoral et pas très loin de Banuyls et des plages. Merci pour la bouteille de Banuyls qui donne le sourire à l'arrivée des voyageurs fatigués par la longue traversée. La crique à proximité a malheureusement été privatisée et le code d'accès change régulièrement. Sinon, propreté top, accès facile et la farde d'informations pour les touristes est super utile. Il manque juste l'adresse du meilleur restaurant de Banuyls "El Xadic" de loin le must niveau quantité, qualité, vins et prix. N'hésitez pas cet appartement, ce restaurant et cette région valent le détour :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Banyuls. L'appartement de Monsieur Encausse est très chaleureux , avec une décoration qui respire le soleil ! Il est situé à 10 minutes du centre ville et à 15 minutes de la plage du troc à pieds (la plus belle plage à mon sens). Nous avons été accueillis par Stéphanie, personne très avenante et professionnelle. Nous comptons revenir à Banyuls l'année prochaine, nous relouerons cet appartement. L'accueil avec la bouteille de Banuyls : tip top !
