Very clean and wonderful renovations done. Pool and sunrise and set sets are lovely. Breakfast was coffee, muffins, yogurt, juice and tea. We will recommend and will be back!

Property was wonderful. Downside - second floor room and no elevator. Upside - fantastic view from our balcony. Property was clean, room was spacious and parking was easy. Didn’t take advantage of breakfast so I don’t know how it was. They had big pool which looked great and, while we didn’t swim, several folks did. Convenient to Acadia and Bar Harbor. Would highly recommend

Great Views!
Great view, nice property. Girls at the front desk day and night were less than concerned about customer experiences and seemed like they did not want to be there. Early morning Thursday a young gentleman was on site at the front desk and seemed to be the boss, his Lee level of customer service and sense of urgency was obvious.

The property put in a LOT of cheap things. The bathroom sink was too small to put a shaving kit on. The continental breakfast couldn't have been any worse. It seems everything was run on a tight budget. Two comments: the property was expensive for what was received. I significant amount of money needs to be put into this property. It wasn't too comfortable.

Beautiful view with a lovely outdoor seating area. Room was adequate, no chair in the room and shower was so small you could hardly turn around. This was a room with a single queen bed so maybe other rooms are better set up.

Staff was not the friendliest. The continental breakfast was very slim pickings each day. Bananas were brown, muffins were stale, etc. Had a beautiful view. The suite had kitchen cupboard door that wouldn’t close, no toaster, looked like leaks in ceiling were stuffed with a rag, shower was a little finicky. Nothing major, but for the price I paid, not what I expected.

The king size bed and the views are amazing. The hotel is in a good location for access to the park and a short drive to town. We had issues with the tv. The staff quickly addressed the issue within minutes.

The hotel was clean and updated. The only thing that was inconvenient was there was no ventilation in the bathroom so when you took a shower the whole bathroom was steamed up and the mirror would not clear up for hours plus the bathroom was fairly small. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude That being said the views was absolutely spectacular! This made up for all the other issues. All in all a decent place to stay.

This property is in a great location, close to Acadia and downtown Bar Harbor. The pool, ocean view, and grab and go breakfast are nice touches. While the property has been renovated recently, it would have been nice for them to add some kind of fan/ventilation in the room. We were there on a humid night, the bedding was pretty damp and it was made worse after showering with no bathroom fan. The bathroom door had expanded so much from the humidity that we could not close it. Overall, not a bad stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

This hotel has a lovely, although distant, view of the bay near Bar Harbor. The rooms are large and quiet, and a very basic breakfast is provided buffet-style. The only inconvenience here is that all of the seating is out of doors. There is no dining room, and the table in the bedroom is barely large enough to hold a plate. However, everything else was very nice, and many people enjoyed the outdoor pool and seating areas.

The location and view were great. However, i wouldn’t book here again specifically because of the bathroom. The shower was really small, similar to an RV shower and there was no counter space in the bathroom at all, so all cosmetics, hairdryer, etc had to be kept in the bedroom.

Nice clean hotel with a nice view. Quiet area very peaceful . Rooms are cute small and clean. Very nice. Location is very close to the national park and bar harbor center, Less than 10 minutes.

We arrived just after sunset, so it was a bit tricky to find. But boy was it a treat to drive down the lighted path to the hotel and see the gorgeous view of the pool overlooking the ocean at sunrise the next morning from our balcony! The decor in the room was charming --apropos for a seaside vacation. Like the hardwood floors rather than carpet, which can get icky at some hotels. Grateful for the quick drive to Acadia National Forest, the quiet location (a 10 minute drive from bustling & beautiful Bar Harbor town). The staff was warm, friendly & helpful. Wonderful to sit on the balcony overlooking God's amazing creation & read a book. The room could use better lighting & shelf space in the bathroom, but we were delighted with the beauty of everything else!

Nice area, pretty views. The motel is older but updated. We did the breakfast one day and had a pleasant time eating on the porch area. The pool is slightly warm so we swam one evening but mostly we were out and about exploring the Acadia and surrounding areas. This was a great location - we'd go back if we're up there again.

This was a good stay for the value in Bar Harbor. Front desk staff were not very friendly or helpful with hiking or dinner recommendations. The breakfast was exactly the same everyday: soggy blueberry muffins, old bananas, yogurt and cereal. Would have been nice to have a little more variety if you stay a few days. It was clean with beautiful views.
