I would have offered 5 stars to this relatively new hotel, but it was frustrating for the three of us (in three separate rooms) to not have internet access during our stay. Just error 404 and we could not connect via phone or laptop. Front desk told us to dial a toll free tech support number (as if to imply we didn’t know how to connect to hotel wifi, instead of realizing it was down at the property).

Great hotel that was very clean, comfortable, and had great beds and showers. We stayed on a quick overnight trip from Detroit to Chicago and found it to be perfect. We will definitely use Avid on more trips like this. I stayed with my two children and the room was perfect.

Hotel was clean however it should be as the hotel is practically brand new. Rooms smaller than they look in pictures. You cannot walk past eachother in front of the bed. We had a king room. Staff makes you feel like you are bothering them. On their phones, dont even come up to the counter when you are standing there. They just talk to you across the lobby. It was a fine stay but i wouldnt book again.

The hotel is super clean. Rooms are so nicely set up. The only complaints is why put a flashing fire alarm over the bed. Causing sleep disturbance. The bed frame squeaks so much when getting out of a king size bed. Aside from that love the all day coffee brewers. No pool in hotel but they give you a pass to holiday day inn to swim for your entire stay. Good experience. Close to outlets mall and kalahari resort. Amc theater walking distance.

I don't usually post reviews, but this hotel was elite - brand new, clean, simple, and had everything a modern business traveler needs. Great wifi, big smart TV in the room, lots of hangers to prep clothes, quality shower products, comfy bed, great lighting in the bathroom for makeup. The rooftop and 24/7 available water, tea, coffee were just the cherry on top. Highly recommend, and right next door to plenty of food places.
