Outside, a wooden terrace of 15 m² at the front of the house as well as an enclosed wooded plot of 100 m² with paved terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs). Private parking. Closed shelter for bicycles or storage available. Sailing club, departure for the Ile d'Yeu 3 km away, swimming pool 8 km away. Coach service: La Roche sur Yon connection 500 m away.
