Staff was courteous and efficient. Room was tidy, with an excellent shower and bed. Hotel is located in an industrial area, although it is safe and there are places to eat and have a drink. The buffet breakfast at the hotel was excellent.

It was just alright. When i checked in they gave us (3 rooms) the wrong type of room. The elevators are extremely small and only fit 2 people at a time. The breakfast was very good. Also we didn’t receive the free bottle of wine that was advertised. Line to check in was long also.

I booked here onky because of the free airport shuttle. They do not advertise that the shuttle has limited hours. The shuttle does not run between 1030 am and 6 pm. The hotel is located in an industrial area. We were advised by our Uber driver to not go outside at night because the area was unsafe. However, there is no reason to go outside because there is nothing around here.

Barcelona Family Trip
The service was outstanding. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The check-in process was smooth. Mahfud answered all our questions to our satisfaction. He went out of his way to help us figure out our travel arrangement out of Barcelona. He even called us after we left Barcelona to ensure our trip out of the city was ok. We will stay there again if we go back to Barcelona.

Modern eco friendly facilities. But if you’re a senior tech challenged person it may be hard to figure out how to use some features, with no available instructions on usage. Great perks & service, free airport shuttle service, a plus. 2 taxi drivers got lost finding the location, since they had meters we had to pay extra to get back to the hotel. It’s really not that close to the airport but there aren’t any other hotels in that area. Overall great value for the money!

Don’t book this hotel just for the shuttle bus because it runs at very limited times. After wasting an hour looking for the shuttle at the airport, we took a taxi.

Close to the airport but very quiet, the on-site restaurant was very good. We used the metro to get into Barcelona, which is less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
