Great hotel
We really enjoyed this hotel. Very well located in the Gothis quarter. The staff were all very nice and helpful. We booked a suite which was wonderful. Breakfast was superb with lots of different options. The only minor issue is getting cabs takes a bit longer since the hotel is in the walking zone which is blocked off from most traffic.

Davide, the concierge was excellent. He made our stay pleasant. Breakfast was very good and stuff was very accommodating. Hotel is clean and in a great location. The negatives are the luck of dresser, not enough space to store your luggage and clothes.

Average accommodation but great location
Central location was good although the smell of urine in the Gothic Quarter was unpleasant. Some staff at reception were unfriendly and the shower fitting and basin and bath plug was faulty and needed repair. Breakfast was good when we used it but the laundry service was far too expensive and we found a local laundry (La Wash) which was convenient.

Our room 103 was pretty good, a little dated but my daughters room 110 had fruit flies and flies, shower didn't work. The staff were fantastic, had she said something before we left I am sure they would have moved her. It was a haul to get the hotel from where the cab dropped us off. pick up early though they drove to the door of the hotel. lots of food places and shopping and events. The smell was always there, drought I believe makes the sewers stink.

We took a terrasse room by the 4th floor and direct access to the pool deck is a treat. Rooms are renovated and bedding is super comfortable Ideally located this hotel is a must return to. Sadly the Nespresso machine in the room comes with the worst coffee you could find for it

We stayed for 3 nights. Nice hotel, clean rooms, good location. Swimming pool is fantastic for the pre dinner dip after a long day. Cant fault it and walking distance to most things. Would happily go back again
