I think the property was clean and very nice. Some of the night staff seemed to have a little attitude... The shower water was dangerously hot and not controllable....The entrance to the toilet had a ledge that you could easily trip on in the dark...

We had a large clean room with a King bed. The hotel is a nice clean property with a fairly small number of rooms. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was really good each morning. We were exhausted our first night and happy to find a rooftop bar area that also served a light casual meal. The hotel is well located near the Cathedral and the oldest part of the city. So, there is plenty to do/see nearby. It s a block off of a main thoroughfare on a one lane road. So, it feels like an alley, but there was plenty of traffic (foot and car) and feels safe. The location is quiet, but no real views to be had. I suspect very few small boutique hotels have much of a view in Barcelona. It was a good experience as a home base to get a little sight-seeing in before departing for a cruise.

Really loved our stay here. The staff were extremely nice, cheerful, relaxed and helpful. It felt luxurious and relaxing after very heavy site seeing days. So just lovely to relax by the roof pool. Loved the gothic quarter, quaint streets and plenty of shops and eateries. Definitely recommend

Hotel is nice, service requires improvements.
Our room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable, great shower. There is a changing room in the hotel, where you can take a shower after a long trip, while waiting for your room to be ready. Our room did not have a working phone. We were told that it will be fixed, but it was never fixed, nor we were offered another room with the working phone. When we expressed our concern in case of emergency, the receptionist just shrugged her shoulders.
