Welcome to Clark’s townhouse in the charming village of Vilassar de Dalt, just 20 km from Barcelona.
Situated in the lively main square, you're in the heart of local life, with supermarkets, restaurants, parks, and hiking/biking trails nearby. It’s a great spot to explore the Maresme area, enjoy local food, and take in the surroundings.
A direct bus to Barcelona is just a 5-minute walk away and gets you there in 30-40 minutes, making it easy to explore without a car.

This semi-renovated historical townhouse retains parts of its original 16th-century charm, featuring beautiful stone walls and wood-beamed ceilings. While there is no air conditioning, the thick stone walls help keep the interior cool and comfortable throughout the summer months.

Comfortably sleeps 4, with space for 5.

Ground Floor:
Directly accessed from the square.
Features a modern kitchen and living area.
A separate bedroom with a double bed, maintaining its original charm, can be accessed directly from the street through its own private entrance.
1 small bathroom with a shower, WC, and sink.

Upstairs:
Accessible via two staircases leading to a small patio.
Retains original features, including:
One bedroom with a double bed and views of the town square.
One bedroom with two single beds, also overlooking the square.

Important Notes
Steep and narrow stairs: The stairs leading to the upstairs and patio are narrow and steep, making the house unsuitable for those with mobility issues.

Given the home's 16th-century history, some dust from the wood-beamed ceilings and stone walls is inevitable. While the house is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, this is part of its authentic character, and there is nothing we can do to prevent it entirely.

Tapas café/bar: Right outside the property, there's a café/tapas bar—perfect for sitting out, enjoying a drink, and mingling with the locals. You may hear some lively conversation in the evenings, especially on warm nights.
