Great location to La Rambla
Check in was easy and got into our room right away. Good location near the bottom of La Rambla. Taxis readily available just outside the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable.

A beautiful hotel with great staff and service. I made the mistake of a cheaper, low floor room which was a mistake on my part. The views of the city and harbor are beautiful, IF you have a higher floor room. Pay a wee bit more for that!

Overnight stop before a cruise the next day. The hotel was very busy and crowded due to the number of preople cruising. Covenient location prior to cruising. Hotel looks a little dated inside.

A wonderful stay!!
We have stayed in this hotel every year for the last 7 years and it has always been superb however this year exceeded all expectations because of a wonderfully kind gesture of an unexpected room upgrade which made the experience perfect. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the amenities were fantastic. The breakfast is superb and there is a huge variety to suit everyone’s needs. The staff are incredibly professional yet friendly and Sara EL who took care of our stay made the whole experience perfect. Thank you x

Not so good! When we first arrived the gentlemen Tom on the was very nice & also the gentlemen on reception was accommodating; however went we got to the room the TV wasn't working, there was a blockage in one of the sinks & the patio door didn't lock! All was reported at reception, where the receptionist wasn't helpful & was extremely rude! We had to continuously have to ask for our complimentary bottle of wine & the TV was never fixed in our stay! Overall this is a nice hotel ideally located to the cruise terminal; however Sarah B receptionist make our trip memorable for the wrong reasons!

So convenient if you’re getting off a cruise! Literally within steps of the cruise terminal exit, so no need for a taxi or dragging your things very far. Still easily walkable to Las Ramblas, The Gothic Quarter, the regular piers, and all the stuff there. Very friendly staff and big rooms, too. Great for a few extra nights after a cruise.
