Awesome location! Staff were not super friendly like the H10 in Venice. I felt like a disruption at check in and the guy wouldnt even call us a cab at check out! Told us to walk down a few blocks with our luggage and find one! Rude! Luckily there was one pulling in as we walked out. Our room was beautiful and very comfy. Nice pillows from soft to firm. We had an out door " jacuzzi" which is more like a giant bath tub with soft jets and not much privacy. Overall nice stay.

Amazing: LOCATION and the bed. To improve: GUIDANCE on Barcelona's facilities (Renfe, Metro, foods...). We asked for Paella, and the reception sent us to a restaurant 8 blocks away that the Paella for 2 costed 100 euros ( Gaudin). There were a restaurant besides the Hotel that you can buy a good Paella for 22 euros (Tapa Tapa). Also, Renfe Station is in the corner and you can go to Girona on 1 train from there for only 26 euros/ 2 persons/round trip. The reception found a Google guidance for 55 euros round trip!!!

It truly was a very quiet hotel even though we were close to Las Ramblas - and that’s what made it very convenient. Probably the only thing we didn’t liked or agreed on is the fact that the pictures portrayed on site were not truly captured as a fact.
