Luis at the front desk provided us with excellent customer service. He always greeted us with a warm smile and was willing to help us when we needed it. The housekeeping lady with blonde hair, didn't get her name was attentive and checking in with us if we needed anything for our room. Overall a great 3 night stay.

Loved it here! We stayed here for 9 days and had an amazing time. Close to Plaza Españya y Poble Sec metro station. The staff was amazing! Rooms were clean and the AC worked so so well! Would come bank again! Definitely recommend.

My Stay at Hotel Lugano
The hotel was generally good and well located. Therefore quite easy to find. The service was good too. Breakfast was quite limited though. I was not aware of the city tax I had to pay at the hotel check-in. I was given a double room but with two sing beds but i didn't mind.
