Hotel Jazz Barcelona
We certainly enjoyed our three night stay with extended family at Hotel Jazz in Barcelona. Your front desk staff were very professional and provided help with recommendations and maps. We also thank you for being able to store our luggage prior to checkin time, so we could go exploring. Our room was very comfortable and kept very clean by your housekeeping staff. We enjoyed the breakfast with a great variety, hot food and fruit being avaliable. We certainly took advantage of the terrace bar, food service and the pool. Our extended family spent several hours on the terrace getting a break from the humidity and cooling off in the pool. We love the location being close to the main Plaça de Catalunya for transportation and lots of restaurants and tourism features. This was our second stay at Hotel Jazz and will certainly recommend it to others. Definitely stay again the next time we are in Barcelona.

Wonderful hotel in Barcelona! Fun activities planned on the rooftop deck that were included with our stay. Rooms were large with good space for personal items. The only complaint was the shower. Very little water pressure and no door! It was very difficult to stay warm.

The room they gave us was not cleaned so we had to wait. but they apologized and gave us free breakfast. Then they did another blunder that I can't recall now and sent champagne to our room. We don't drink alcohol so that was a wasted gesture. I will book it again though due to its proximity to la ramble

Great stay but the little annoyances
Everything was good except being in Room 205 you can hear the subway go by underground and street noise but both were tolerable. Room has ethernet but not working. Fortunately wifi was good enough but cannot connect 2nd phone (iPhone X) though ipad and 2 laptops connect fine. There is a 4-min. Save Water sign in shower but due to soft water it is hard to rinse off soap after showering.
