The property is very old and poorly maintained. My room had broken floor tiles and the balcony door did not open . Ac is a portable unit and made a lot of noice and barely cooled the room. The elevator is super small and slow be ready to make multiple trips and half an hour if traveling with more than one big peace of luggage and/or more than 2 persons

Room was expensive and on top of that shared bathroom, had to paid for upgrade when checked in, Room was so small, and one of the rules is that you had to leave your room key on the lobby(so weird). tv did not work only. paid advertised sex channel. door of the bathroom did not closed properly it opens slowly back after you closed it. terrible noise early in the morning due to construction or I don`t really know. that only good thing is that was very well located.

In life you get what you pay for. This is definitely not the Meridian down the street. It’s a very clean, simple, hotel with a phenomenal staff and excellent location. From Airport you can take aerobus which leaves you 2 minute walk from the hotel. There is a huge shopping center across the street if you need to buy anything you might have forgotten to pack. There is a metro line literally across the street from the hotel. You’re within walking distance to most sights: Ramblas, Sagrada familia, casa batllo, Barcelonetta beach, Gothic quarter, etc. Staff will help you book day trips. I visited Girona. I would definitely stay here again. Will 100% recommend for location and friendliness and helpfulness of staff!!

-Great staff, hotel room was clean and all the amenities were available promptly. Staff was also very knowledgeable about local dining options and activities. The location is also great with plenty of access.
