amazing hotel, pretty new,nice rooms,amazing staff. Dinner was amazing. only thing there is no options for kids. location is great. we travel with uber. there is an Aldi nearby and in front of the hotel there is like an bakery very very delicious. greeting to David and all the restaurant staff

The hotels fail to provide parking I have to leave my rental 3 blocks away , I asked if there is a shuttle to go to the airport for a future reservation and the say yes to go to the airport but not for pick up . When I was leaving I asked if there was a way to height my luggage and I was told no . I believe these is basic service that a hotel must provide .

The staff is not bad, but they do not work to go above and beyond. The breakfast is ice cold every single morning. The eggs are horrendous. There is no bellman. The cost that you save on having an average room rate does not equate to the transportation of averaging 30 euro dollars into the city center of Barcelona. It’s simply too far out. The hotel staff is too quick to move you to another room instead of trying to remedy any in room problems. We waited more than an hour after check in time for our rooms to be ready. Although they offered to move us at night, we did not have power in our room for one night. The pros are the Aldi supermarket across the street. If you want to truly enjoy the restaurants and excitement of Barcelona spend a little more and stay in the city center.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and such a great location. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. It’s only a month old so there’s still some kinks being worked out but all in all it was a great stay and we are very happy!
