Hotel is in an excellent location very close to the Ramblas. The common areas are clean and modern. The room, however, was rather cramped and dated. The gym was awful. Small with two bits of kit. Hardly any point in having it. It’s also only open part of the day.

Initial room had leak and smelled very mouldy/musty. Staff were amazing and changed our room without any fuss. All staff extremely friendly. Hotel rooms are slightly dated in condition but overall great location, facilities and staff - would stay again.

The hotel is on a convenient side street located a few blocks from the square in the La Rambla neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and stores in walking distance.

In the middle of Las Ramblas. Actually it was to busy for me and a bit dated. I ended up changing hotels. Staff was very nice and accommodating!!!

Comfortable rooms and very convenient location
Very good location, right on La Ramblas, this meant we were out late night and could have stops at the room multiple times. Breakfast was amazing, I loved fried eggs. Kids loved the pool on the roof and gym was nice too. Rooms were nice and clean. They had smart TV so we had good options to watch. We had king bed sofa bed for kids. King bed was very comfy and large, sofa bed was not too comfortable so kids in the last 2 days shifted to our beds with us. Location was perfect! Close to the square to catch bus and metro. Would stay here again

We stayed here for 7 days and they upgraded us to a good size room with large windows facing the street. We loved the pool and bar on the roof. Staff was very freindly and helpful. It felt like home after a few days.

Lovely hotel with a fantastic breakfast buffet. Breakfast was well worth the money! Hot & cold dishes were plentiful and the staff was friendly. There are also many close restaurants walking distance and a short walk to La Boqueria. Front desk is staffed 24/7 with friendly responsive staff. Very useful when needing to call a taxi! Room was comfortable, bed was firm with firm pillows. Bathroom had plenty of space for us and robes. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. I Would stay here again thank you!

Fantastic stay
We arrived 7 hours late due to a flight delay just before midnight & the receptionist was lovely & friendly & checkin was super quick. The hotel is lovely & clean & so glad we upgraded to terrace rooms before we left as considering we were in the heart of La Ramblas there was no noise whatsoever & the rooms were so large & beautiful. Breakfast we paid for each morning & for just €14.95 the fresh omelette, toast, fruit salad, tea/coffee & juice was delicious. We didn’t use the outdoor pool & bar due to our busy schedule before our cruise but it was lovely & spotless with plenty of room. We would definitely recommend this hotel & will certainly stay here again.

The property was full of mold. I did not get the room that had ordered and was put in this half basement room that was full of mold and u could not breathe from the smell. We did not get the bottle of wine as per VIP. This is supposed to be an upscale 4 star hotel it was the worst one i have ever stayed. Ruined our Barcelona experience. I will be posting pictures of the mold everywhere. And when we asked for some sort of refund for the 2 days we stayed which one day was almost $400 got denied. Worst experience
