Lovely convenient apartment with all necessary amenities near metro and many restaurants and stores. Large patio allowing beautiful Barcelona breezes into the apartment. Clean safe and convenient with an elevator. Very pleased with this little place perfect for small family group.

We cohld see the sagrada familia from the balcony but afrer upgrading to obe bedroom appartment with additional 104 euros az the previous apartments was not good at all claustrophobic abd smelly

The apartment was perfect for our needs of four people, ideally placed for use of metro and buses and a nice distance from the over crowded tourist areas. The apartment was clean with everything you could need and the greeting from the staff member on arrival was very helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend and use again.

There was no-one at the property when I arrived and I had no idea how to get in or find out how to enter my room, this was awful after 23 hours of travel. When I entered the room there were dead bugs on the floor, the amenities were basic to say the least, the TV didn't work at all and the shower alternated between boiling hot and freezing cold. On the second day I returned to find vomit on the front door, which remained there over night until the next afternoon. The room was loud from street noise and other guests, the bed was a sofa bed and very uncomfortable. Not a pleasant stay and not worth the money at all.

Clean and comfortable apartment with a beautiful view. It is a convenient location to walk or use public transportation to access other parts of the city. There is a market across the street and a second larger market around the corner to purchase food items. The staff is friendly and helpful. We would stay here again!

The apartment was not clean when we arrived at 2pm. The apartment had us meet them outside and we went inside the apartment with their representative. We got checked in and we noticed the beds were not made, he informed us the maid hadn't cleaned yet. So we had to leave our things inside the apartment and wait for the maid to clean. Very strange, Why would you have us go into an unclean apartment??

Excellent location and great service
Excellent location, nice stay, great service. However, the apartment was not perfectly cleaned, you can find a lot of unclean spots. The facilities need maintenance, as one of our bathroom had a small water leakage after shower and the air conditioner in the en-suite room constantly making noises that we found it difficult to sleep.

I had booked a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit for 3 people but it showed booking for 2 people and we were asked to pay extra money per night for the third person which did not make sense but we paid anyway. The master en-suite had mould on the bathroom ceiling and we noticed mould on the curtains in the bedroom and living room. I contacted the office twice to report this. On our second last day the hinges on kitchen cabinet fell off and their technician came over to fix it and I showed him the moulds which he took pictures of. We only stayed for 4 days but by third day my friend sleeping in master bedroom developed a sore throat and a cough which we suspect is related to the condition of the room. I wrote to their office with my complaint after I got back but did not receive a response

A perfect place to stay in Barcelona
It was a great place to stay, very close to the Sagrada Família and the metro. A nice large apartment will all the amenities, even a few coffee pods and snacks. It was easy to set a time to meet up with the MH representative. A word of warning though about travelling on the metro. We had been warned about the pick pockets and were careful but when we were travelling on the metro at a busy time we were targeted by a gang of them. Pushing and shoving us when we were getting on the metro. My husband lost his wallet. It happened so fast. So be careful they are professionals. Apart from that we had a wonderful time. Also pre book your tickets to visit any of Gaudi’s things.
