It is an ideal place for couples or friends looking to spend a few days near the beach, close to everything! 10 minutes walk from the beach.

PRIVATE TERRACE, PARKING, BRIGHT & NICELY DECORATED!Charming, very cosy, and at the same time comfortable and functional.   THE SPACE   
MINI is a flat located a few meters from the old town of Mataró. 
 
It is accessed from the street by an adapted access with a lift. If we enter from the private parking in the same building we can also access the flat with a lift. We enter the flat through a small hall.
 
   KITCHEN   It is open so you can cook together comfortably.Perfectly equipped, with attention to all details, utensils to prepare every meal, storage space, combi fridge and freezer and a dining table where enjoy together your cuisine! 
 
   LIVING ROOM    
Air conditioning, a comfortable sofa, a TV, a SMART one and access to the terrace, so you can enjoy the bright days and the shining sun! 
   BEDROOM SPACE   
MINI has a double bed of 150 cm and air conditioning. Complete bathroom with shower inside. 

 
   TERRACE   
MINI, has a nice terrace with two sun loungers ideal for relaxing and sunbathing!It also has a table and chairs to eat on the terrace. 
There is a fantastic awning for sun protection and more privacy.It is the perfect place to have a glass of wine on summer evenings, read a good book in the afternoon, or have a coffee in the morning.    SERVICES

The access is shared with the neighbours who live in the building, we ask you to be respectful of the neighbourhood, maintaining strict silence in the common areas, staircase, lift...

   HOUSE RULES   
- It is not rented to groups under 25 years.
- The Rental Agreement of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted when booking and will be signed prior to the delivery of the keys.
- Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card.
 - All the people on the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity documents. They will be asked before and during the welcome.
 - During their stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.
- Garbage must also be removed from the accommodation periodically to avoid odours and dirt.
- Among all, we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources.
The waste, abusive consumption or negligent use of electricity, water and gas. It is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.
   IT'S NOT ALLOWED   
- Host or invite more people than those registered in the reservation form.
 - Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 9:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours.
 - Organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behaviour.
 - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost.
- Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property. In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.- Electric vehicles are not allowed to be charged
- Groups of students are not allowed.
- No pets allowed.

   GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD   

The Maresme is a region to fall in love with!
On one side Barcelona and on the other the Costa Brava within driving distance!
In the Maresme region, there are spacious family beaches for playing football and volleyball, calm waters, and golden sand! A few km from the house there are equestrian centres, golf courses, tennis clubs, yacht clubs, and the internationally recognized "La Roca Village" Outlet Shopping Center.

   HOW TO MOVE AROUND THE AREA   
   PRIVATE TRANSPORT    We advise on how to combine the use of private transport with the use of public transport.

You can move around on foot, by taxi or taking the train, using the bus or you can move in combination.It is always more convenient to have a vehicle to be able to explore more places or go shopping at the supermarket.
   PÚBLIC TRANSPORT   There are different services and lines that connect Mataró with the surroundings and Barcelona
- Taxi: There is a local taxi service.
Please contact them in advance to arrange any transfers.
- Bus: Day and night services.
Connection with the train station, other towns in the Maresme and the city of Barcelona.
- Train: The house is located close to the train station in the village.The train station is called MATARÓ like the village.
The route to Plaça Catalunya lasts between 35 and 45 minutes.
 
 
   BARCELONA   The city is about 30-40 minutes by car.
Currently, there is legislation on vehicles that can circulate within the city. For more information, search for ZBE Barcelona (Zona Baixes Emissions)IMPORTANT: Vehicles registered outside Spain are not classified according to the criteria of the DGT’s environmental label. That is why all foreign vehicles must be registered in the Metropolitan Register to travel through the ZBEs of the metropolis of Barcelona.
