The room is just too hot, with limited ventilation. No AC was available. Furthermore, the shower water flow is quite week, and the temperature of the water is unstable. We can feel like burnt all of a sudden.

Stayed for a few days break with my grandson and wife and was perfect for a city break hotel was a bit further out than we thought but taxis right outside and metro just 10 minute walk. Overall, it was quite good. There are many restaurants near the hotel, and they are much cheaper compared to those in the city center. There's also a shopping mall and a supermarket nearby. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the hotel to the subway station. The surrounding area of the hotel is relatively quiet. Surprisingly, around midnight, there was a family playing and laughing in the lobby, making it quite lively. However, the noise didn't affect our rest in the room. The hotel facilities are somewhat outdated, but they are still very clean. Every night at midnight, the exhaust fan in the bathroom would stop working. Overall, the hotel is acceptable.

I have to say we were disappointed. At first we were impressed with the lobby & reception area which looked modern, clean & a friendly welcome. But then it started to go downhill. Firstly we got bitten loads by some insect as soon as we entered the pool area. Then we had lunch at the restaurant where the lady serving us was coughing constantly while serving our food and drink. Although she was wearing a mask, personally we felt that if you're serving food and have a cough that bad, perhaps you shouldn't be working until you feel better. We then went to our room. Looked clean and pleasant enough at first sight but then after trying to sleep in there we discovered the air conditioning wasn't strong enough to cool the room down to a comfortable level. Then an awful smell started to come from the bathroom (it wasn't us) and finally we woke up with more insect bites. I complained to the reception staff who were very apologetic and put us in another room and gave us 4 free drinks to apologise for the inconvenience. The new room didn't smell & the air conditioning was stronger but we still were bitten again by something. Therefore overall not a great stay at all and left disappointed for a stay at a Novotel hotel.

Great for a short stay. Rooms were clean, comfortable and modern and with all necessary amenities. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and well presented. I would recommend to stay here if you are spending a day or 2 in Barcelona and like to be near the airport. A bit far from the city center but well worth the price.

The hotel was nice overall. Not a lot to do around the hotel, also the waitress in the restaurant are rude and not very helpful. Would not recommend the restaurant at all. Otherwise fine for a short stay before you leave to the airport.

We picked this hotel as we had a very early flight and this is a simple 10 minute transfer to the Terminal in a taxi. Staff were very friendly, helpful and nice. The main reception, bar and pool are modern and well kept. Our room was on the second floor, on leaving the lifts there was a distinct fusty smell. What I can only describe as cleaning products mixed with old cigarettes. Not particularly pleasant. The family room was ok, small but clean. Double bed with fold out sofa bed. Bit of a squeeze when we were all in the room, but we were only sleeping in the room for 6 hrs. If you were staying there for more than a day you’d need 2 rooms for a family with tweens or older. The shower cubicle was tiny and an unhinged door meant that you have to squeeze against the wall to get the door to shut, not something I want to do at a hotel. I’m a fairly small/average sized man, medium or small in most clothes. If you were bigger you’d have to leave the door open or squeegee yourself with the door to close. For a 4* hotel I’d prefer ceramic cups rather than paper takeout cups for hot drinks in room.

Simply amazing for families - they had tons of activities - the bar is reasonably priced - there are good restaurants nearby to go out and eat plus the staff is eager to play with kids and has games and toys ready.
