Stayed in the Junior Suite Deluxe on the historic side with a nice street view and spacious design. The bed was very comfortable, but the room could use an update. Breakfast was good but limited in hot options. If you're staying more than three days, the breakfast may feel repetitive, so the extra cost might not be worth it.

This was my second stay at the Hola. I still remember my first time there—it was amazing. Everything about the hotel felt wonderful: the location, the design, the atmosphere. I was happy, and we were happy. Yesterday, I returned, but this time without my loved one—he sadly passed away. I wanted to come back, even just for one night, to relive those memories. The hotel itself hasn’t changed, but the experience felt different. At check-in, there was no warm welcome. The front desk staff didn’t greet me as they should have; in fact, no one even acknowledged me until I walked up and said I was there to check in. The room was still nice, but I noticed things I hadn’t before. With the wooden flooring, I could hear people dragging chairs, doors opening and closing. Maybe it was just the location of my room, but the noise was constant, and I couldn’t fall asleep until past midnight. Breakfast started at 7 a.m., but that was too late for me as I had to leave for the airport, so I missed it. Overall, this stay didn’t feel as special as my first one, which is a shame because I once loved this hotel so much.

Beautiful boutique hotel in perfect location for exploring the city. First class service, friendly staff, beautiful rooms and good breakfast. Well worth also looking at Caelis the Michelin Star restaurant at the hotel. Would definitely stay again. Wonderful.

By far, the excellent service from everyone really stood out! Also, very central location - close to just about everything. Bus stop right out front. Mattresses a little hard but once I mentioned it they added a mattress topper that made it perfect. Very quiet, even though it's on a busy street. Lovely rooftop bar/pool is a very hip scene.
