Booked a room wirh 3 beds，it was spacious. A stair case leading to the master bedroom on the 2nd floor procides privacy. Room was very clean. All appliances worked as expected. The staff at frontdesk were exceptional, polite, helpful. One promised she would provide details of public transit info when we came down. We met another staff as she was done her shift. She wrote down all the info and handed over to the next shift. The next staff tries her very best to?explain to us in English. This made our day! We like the location of this hotel. It is located at suburb residential area. Safe. A train station is10-15 min walk away, 2-3 euro and about 35-40 minutes you are right at Barcelona downtown core.

Geweldige service, top medewerkers, zelfs een parapluie voor de gasten om te lenen als het regent. Super parkeerruimte onder in het hotel met lift en/of trap naar boven. Het restaurant is geweldig...grote porties, een Michelinster waardig, zeker met de prijzen (tarieven) die in dit restaurant gevoerd worden. Ontbijtbuffet echt een aanrader. Enkele suggesties: er ontbrak een nachtkastje in onze kamer 127, alsmede een pas-spiegel in de kamer. De roereieren bij het ontbijt zijn van een soort instant eierpoeder gemaakt...en de vruchtensappen zijn niet vers, en veel te zoet. Voor de rest was alles perfect.

really worth it
it worthes for the price especially as it has the free covered parking undergroung. just the breakfast was so simple with limited options. the room was clean and really spacious. big smart tv, alot of wordrobes, fridge, kettle desk . clean toilet with bidet and bath. very queit place and also warm welcoming from the staff.

We were flippantly told that the AC was not working, but it’s Spain so it’s all good. It wasn’t all good. There was no air flow without leaving the door standing open. There were so many ants on the patio that we really didn’t want to leave that door open, but didn’t have a choice. The loft was hot and without air flow as well. I’ve been in hotels that are open air. And they are OPEN AIR!! Miserable night with almost no sleep.

Very clean Aparthotel but the furniture is very old need a revamp new funiture.Thete was no lettle in our apartment and asked at the reception and was given one which eas good service. Friendly staff communicate barrier due to lunguage6but managed to communicate. Restaurant and swimming was closed which was a shame.

Clean property and courteous personnel. Parking under ground is difficult to park- very small places for parking. Buffet is too small just just continental style and same everyday, needs to be implemented to eggs and bacon and more fruits.
