The worst bed i have ever experienced!! Area is a little shady and we asked to pay for coffee only in the Restaurant but they force you to get the full breakfast not nice to guest who don’t wan’t to eat breakfast

Property is conveniently located near shopping, dinning, attractions. Clean, well lite, staff is very friendly and helpful and accommodating. Room size is smaller and beds are definitely too firm for my comfort; had achy back in the morning.

Great Hotel, Great Location! Rooms are clean, small but Adequate. Hallways are dark but lights go on with sensors! The Hotel is convenient to stores, Restaurants, The Mercado and much more!!

Really like this hotel, clean, good location, modern, and a fantastic breakfast. However, two important things to note for others (1) the AC is not like AC in N. America. I could not get my room below 23.5 Celsius, which for me is not a comfortable sleeping temperature. Staff did bring me a pretty powerful fan and that helped me get the room to a more comfortable 22 degrees, although I'd have preferred just a tad cooler. (2) the location is fantastic for walking. However the road is right off the parliamentary square that is closed from about 9am-9pm. This caused a lot of issues when we wanted to taxi/uber during these hours - no one would pick up our request or we'd have to walk several blocks for a pick up. It was feasible for a taxi to get in, but many did not want to loop around. While I loved the hotel I probably would not stay again for these reasons.
