Dear Mala,In the past, we used to offer this service, up until a year ago, when a client, wanted to make a scam with the luggage and make a false report, to stay for free. The security cameras showed the truth, and the falsehood of the client's claim, but after that, the direction gave strict orders not to have anything to do with customers belogings. We understand the guests perspective, but the guests never understand the establishments perspective and mistreatment and suffering caused by bad guests, who's behaviour worsens by the day.We inform all clients that the establishment has no luggage storage service and offer several alternatives is exchange.Take you for example, you gave us the lowest rating possible as if you were mistreated or deceived in any way.It is not our fault that how Expedia has designed their website and how they present the information/photos and it is not our fault that you do not know how their website works, we are saddened that you blame us for that... and do not value the service you provide. received. You have been treated with great kindness, courtesy and education, as have the other guests, and the room has been delivered to you in perfect condition and functioning, and you have enjoyed good service and accommodation. What's more, the product you have reserved has been delivered to you, a different product has not been delivered, neither in poor condition nor defective. And that is what a person should value when making a comment.
