This hotel does not hold luggage outside of check in/out. I have stayed in 6 hotels in Barcelona so far and others on different travels and a baggage hold is something I have come to assume is standard. It doesn't mention on the booking website that luggage storage is not available. The hotel website says free luggage storage is available! Then, in the fine print of the booking email they say they do not have this service. We used a nearby "locker" service which was the back room of a newsagent. It was fine but another deadline to get back for before the transfer to the airport. I could've booked a hotel I had stayed at previously for the same price and been happier but decided to stay here to be in a different location. The reason the hotel gave as to why there was no luggage storage was that it is a boutique hotel without the space. I don't accept that as good enough since one of the Barcelona hotels I've stayed in previously was clearer about being "boutique" and still ensured they had luggage storage. The photos of the rooms look spacious but I had to climb over my boyfriend to get in/out of bed because it was pushed against the wall. The room was modern and clean with a nice sized en-suite that had a really good shower and decent water pressure. The location was central and the staff spoke English well and one was very polite and professional, but sadly I can't say I will ever stay here again because of the luggage.

Dear Mala,In the past, we used to offer this service, up until a year ago, when a client, wanted to make a scam with the luggage and make a false report, to stay for free. The security cameras showed the truth, and the falsehood of the client's claim, but after that, the direction gave strict orders not to have anything to do with customers belogings. We understand the guests perspective, but the guests never understand the establishments perspective and mistreatment and suffering caused by bad guests, who's behaviour worsens by the day.We inform all clients that the establishment has no luggage storage service and offer several alternatives is exchange.Take you for example, you gave us the lowest rating possible as if you were mistreated or deceived in any way.It is not our fault that how Expedia has designed their website and how they present the information/photos and it is not our fault that you do not know how their website works, we are saddened that you blame us for that... and do not value the service you provide. received. You have been treated with great kindness, courtesy and education, as have the other guests, and the room has been delivered to you in perfect condition and functioning, and you have enjoyed good service and accommodation. What's more, the product you have reserved has been delivered to you, a different product has not been delivered, neither in poor condition nor defective. And that is what a person should value when making a comment.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, alles in der Nähe 10-15 Min zu Fuss. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist an sich sehr Sauber, einige dinge sollte man erneuen unter anderem das Fenster im Bad das nicht ganz zu geht. Im Grossen und ganzen waren wir zufrieden mit der Unterkunft.

Hôtel très bien situé pour des promenades en centre-ville. Métro à proximité, personnel accueillant et souriant, consigne pour les bagages, pas de petit déjeuner
