Had the walk out room which was convenient to unload our belongings. Many Amenities are near by in a short drive away. The staff were great in helping out. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable

Nice clean hotel. Excellent included breakfast. Would be nice to be able to walk to a restaurant from there. Closest is Tim Hortons but it feels quite unsafe to walk to on the busy roadway. Also for the price you pay for a pretty standard room they should provide housekeeping daily - not every 3 days as noted on the wall of the room. Too expensive for what you get

The staff was rude and unprofessional. Our sink and tub did not drain properly and when I called to have it fixed, they said it wasn’t plugged. It’s just slow to drain. The furniture is oversized making it impossible to walk around or be comfortable in your room. They archaic walk heaters that blew hot and cold dry air all night. There was a draft from the patio door that actually moved the curtains making it very cool. The coffee machine did not work in the room. I request in my room be cleaned while I was out and came back four hours later and it was not done. I tried to speak to the general manager who was incredibly rude and hung up on me.
