I stay at this hotel twice a year for business. This recent stay was not like anyother time I've stayed here. I usually book the suite room but none was available. Room 101 was dirty and the bed was very uncomfortable and old. there was plugs and drywall dust everywhere. Very dissapointed this time around.

We stay there very often almost every month or 2 . I find the last 2 times the elevator and floors seemed to be less clean . The carpets are dirty and need replacing our toilet was broke last time and they were very good at fixing it promptly . The staff are kind and it is in perfect location

Jetted tub in the room is always a nice touch. Coffee and toiletries are nothing to write home about. But I have my own supply of both. Curtains block the air conditioner vents.

The property itself is what you’d expect for a super 8. My first room was awful and couldn’t stay in it as I didn’t feel safe without a proper lock that worked. Asked for a second room and they were quick to assist in that which was fantastic. Walls are dirt thin, so be prepared for your neighbours to hear everything and vice versa. The food was good and had a great variety for breakfast, but make sure to get there with 10 min to spare otherwise they start tearing down before 10am. Other than that, the room was fine, bed was comfy, pillows are way too soft. Great soaps offered, lots of space, and a decent size tv
