Dear Guest, thank you for your feedback. We have spoken to the staff member which you have described and she does not remember that there was a guest in the breakfast who has had to wait for his/her coffee for an hour. As your feedback is anonymous and we do not know when your stay with us has been, we are not able reproduce the situation. To your comment that we do treat “outsider” different than local people is not right. This is a hotel and 90% of guests are not from the local area or from Switzerland . We are well aware in which section we are working .
