Booked 2 days but decided to cut short my stay. The carpets were sticky n there were stains on the bedsheets and pillows. Couldn’t sleep as the rain hitting on the windows were super loud.

Dont stay here if u r non smoker
Dont stay here if u are non smoker. I have stated my request non smoking room when booked delux room. However the room was upgraded to junior suite SMOKING room. The smell was unbearable. I checked with them next day why i was givien a smoking room. They claimed that the room has already cleaned up before letting me to stay. Dont ever stay in this hotel again

Good hotel but slightly costly
Stay was quite good overall. Place is relatively new and clean. Only thing that was not good was the shower. It has a fixed shower head at a height and the hot water does not worked well. Free shuttle services are for premium rooms and above.

One night in Batam
Stayed for 1 night over the CNY holiday. The room has no proper wardrobe. When I asked for the iron & ironing board during my check-in, they said they will look inito it. After dinner when asked again, they said the guest still haven't returned it; and was asked to check again the nx day @ 7am. When I called several times housekeeping & reception at 7am, there were no answers. Finally, someone picked up at abt 8am. Few minutes later, they sent to my room, iron & a bedsheet! So they do not have ironing borad?? During our breakfast, there was power trip a couple of times. Despite the hiccups, it was an okay stay for 1 night.
