Wonderful weekend in Bath. Very conveniently placed as just a mile from the city centre. Staff were helpful and attentive. The room was perfect for a place to stay.

I booked the Holiday Inn as one of only a handful of places offering breakfast. Love a breakfast upon waking and not having to go on a search. The staff were super friendly from start to finish - nothing too much trouble. Asked for two extra pillows quite late in the evening and was met by a breezy and helpful person happy to help! Also ordered a couple of veggie sausages and this was not a problem!

Exactly what we needed for a break near family

All staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Plenty for an express breakfast but ran out of granola and baps by the middle of the week. Room was well equipped and a very comfy bed. Overall exactly what we needed for a city break near family.

Clean and modern. Not the best area, just a little out of the city, but the staff were very good and the breakfast was surprisingly good quality. Parking is wildly expensive, even with the discount, but there aren't many good alternatives.

Good standard budget hotel about 20-25 mins walk to city centre. Excellent welcome at reception with parking, breakfast timings and facilities explained. Very small, basic range of food at the hotel, but that's to be expected at a Holiday Inn Express. Mix up on our food order left us asking where order was and it wasn't busy - over an hour waiting. Only negative was a strange musty,wet smell in the room which was reported when we checked out. Overall, good budget option for a quick stay.

Excellent value and I think many coming from overseas might be surprised what a big hearty breakfast you can get included in the price at hotels in the UK, Holiday Inns in particular. Fine rooms, but poor shower pressure. In a roady location at least an 8min walk to the pretty parts of Bath. More suited to driving-centric people and business guests.
