There was a barking dog in the room above us . Barking for hours. When i called the desk, they said quiet was after 10. I dont think dogs can tell time!!! Eventually the manager called the police and the barking stopped. They did give a $50 credit. Maybe you should require a cell phone # of people with dogs so they can be called when this happens

Television was broken the entire stay. Sheets felt like polyester. Sweated all night. No one answers front desk until after 20 rings.

The place was jumping with a baseball team from Bama playing pool and having fun when I got there. But as the night went it did get quiet for a while. The room was ok. Nothing to brag about. The bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked a little lumpy for Hilton. The shower was very hot. I didn't sleep at all. People were in and slamming doors all night. Breakfast was plain, but the coffee was good. Would I book here again? No!!! Would I recommend probably not . Unless there is no where else to go. The staff are excellent though.
