$160 in a non smoking hotel for a room that had been smoked in. The smell was partly masked by an even worse chemical odor. The nice lady at the desk was quick with a different room.

Very small elevator that only holds two people. Difficult to get in and out of parking lot. A lot of noisy guests in hallway. Toilet seats do not fit.

I love my dog but don't want to sleep with someone else's! I can't stay were there has been pets. My allergies are crazy and struggle to fine medium budget to higher end hotels that provide pet free rooms. Thank you for your "no pet" policy with the exception of course for service animals. Room is very clean and comfortable for the price point. Thanks again

This was an overnight stop on our way home from vacation. This was an extremely nice hotel would give it a 11 thumbs up out of 10. The only problem was the bed was a little high off the floor but they supplied a small step for my wife.

Loved this overnight stay!
Without a doubt, the best rooms we had on our 10-day tour of West Virginia! The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, the room temperature was easily controlled, and the entire area was quiet.
