Our room was on the Interstate side and we slept very little due to noise. Not the hotels fault, but we would choose another place next time.
Also only one towel and one washcloth each. Sheets were clean but looking tired. Staff was nice and front desk recommended a great place for dinner. Room was clean, so I’ll say good overall, although I’m not sure it was a $220 room.
It looks like a brand new building. It’s conveniently located and the staff is terrific! But the walls are such that one can hear everything outside the room. Noise machine encouraged.
Great for a convenient, utilitarian place to spend
For us, this was a utilitarian 1 night hotel stop next to an interstate. Easy and clean with a modern design. Breakfast ok. Store by front desk with drinks snacks etc. A small but upscale workout room with an ice maker and water bottle refilled next to it. We would stay here again if passing thru.
I reserved my room weeks in advance and requested a room as far away from the ice machine and elevator as possible. My room was only a few rooms away. I heard every person who walked past my room and couldn't fall asleep until midnight.
The mattresses were painful to lie on and I had pain all night and woke up many times in the night with pain in my back from the mattress. The shower had mold inside and out and at breakfast, the hard boiled eggs were spoiled.
Last night was our first stay at a Tru by Hilton and it was wonderful! We had an accessible room which was huge - the bathroom was also huge - we loved the dispensers of soap, lotion, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Love the non-carpeted rooms - no odors no stains - just wonderful simplistic but very modern design.
New hotel, updated amenities with an excellent staff. Coffee was excellent. It’s right off the highway which is both good and bad. Its convenient but you can hear the highway.
Comfortable bed and nice staff. Small things like toilet seat was broken and sink drained very slow. Small gym had great variety of workout gear. Breakfast staff were so nice.
