This hotel is dated and desperately in need of an upgrade. For example, there were no USB cord slots in the room, and there were very few and poorly placed outlets. When I stayed here before, I thought that the room had a small refrigerator, but we had no refrigerator in our room or ice machine accessible. The room was adequate but not worth the price.

Upon check-in we asked about parking and were directed with an arm wave to the back. Went to the room and it was very cold. Tried to adjust the heat but the thermostat was not working. Called the desk and said they would send maintenance to fix it. We waited about 15 minutes and decided to leave. When we returned about 2 hours later then thermostat had not been fixed. Was told the only thing they could do was offer a space heater. What!!! The clerk then lied to the company and said I was satisfied with the heater. Not true! I said this is a safety hazard and isn’t there any other options? He said the heater was the best he could do. We stayed 2 nights and the problem was never resolved. Then upon departure another desk attendant asked if we had parked in the back to have our parking stamped. Nope!!! Knew nothing about that option.

Rating: ★★★★☆ I recently stayed at the Clayton Belfast Hotel for a weekend getaway, and overall, it was a delightful experience. **Location:** The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The beautiful views from the hotel are a bonus! **Check-in Process:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, providing us with all the necessary information about our stay. Receptionist and night manager were very helpful **Room Quality:** Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities, including a mini-fridge and coffee maker, were much appreciated. The bathroom was modern and spotless, with high-quality toiletries provided. **Service:** Throughout our stay, the staff was attentive and eager to assist with any requests we had. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. But, need more training for bar staffs. Overall is ok **Overall Experience:** I would highly recommend the Clayton Belfasf to anyone visiting the area. It combines comfort, convenience, and excellent service, making it a great choice for both leisure.

Honesty, there is a big difference between the photos and how I found the room. My initial room had the toilet broke and took me a little to convince the stuff to give me another room. The second one also had some issues. My overall experience with the aspect of the room vs advertisement vs price was not a good one. Maybe I was not lucky.

Room was not serviced during our 2 night stay. Breakfast was chaotic - had to wait for half an hour and a lot of choices were unavailable. Vomit in a lift all day! Public toilets in a poor state.

We had a nice stay. However, we stayed 2 nights and no housekeeping was done. . We put our towels in the bathtub, not changed. We flagged it, the receptionist said it would be sorted but it wasn't when we came back at night. Tlots of items missing at breakfats.
