Lovely hotel but the room I stayed in was freezing cold as the heating was not working properly. The brackfast was of a very poor quality everything was over cooked and dried out. The staff are lovely and helpful in reception. I would stay again but would leave the brackfast.

It was all going so well until breakfast. I had though i booked room and breakfast pnly to be told at Breakfast buffet that i wasn't . I paid for it then, only to find later on my booking that it included breakfast. So ive paid double for 2 breakfasts. Not pleased. A mistake for sure, i dont think it was intentional

All good except, and its a big except, on our floor there was a pervasive stench of cannabis - this in a non-smoking hotel. Shameful.

My hotel of choice when I stay over in Belfast after the Rugby. Very comfortable, great breakfast and the people who work here are really friendly and helpful.

Okay, but...

Breakfast okay, except for unappetising scrambled eggs. But poached, fried or boiled eggs available on request. Poor clearance of used breakfast tables. Evening meals not as appealing as in many restaurants in Belfast city centre. Room okay, with real ventilation as well as (noisy) aircon.

Assumed that this would be a top class hotel. It was average at best. Windows in room broken, tiles missing in bathroom, mould around the bath etc. It was adequate, but nothing more.

Very comfortable hotel with great staff. Only thing that the hotel down was the discoloured grouting around the bath which didn’t look great
