Luxury hotel in great location

Check in was really slow and no heat in room didn’t get checked in until 17.45! Room very comfortable. Would stay again but expect to get checked in earlier

Excellent hotel in Belfast but staff need training. A lot of young folk running this place and they don’t know yet how to run a place confidently and adequately. Facilities were great, though.

We stay here at least once a year but probably this stay was a little disappointing… really strong lemon smell in our room not sure if it was cleaning products or air freshener. Breakfast was fantastic as always but the amount of used tables still cluttered with previous guests dirty dishes was unbelievable. Catherine in charge of the breakfast area never halts and was doing her best with what appeared to be very few staff and the staff she did have had no sense of urgency about them. At one point I felt like offering to help even to clear the tables … if the other staff worked as hard as Catherine maybe things wouldn’t appear so manic but would be back tomorrow in a heartbeat
