Stayed here before in a double room which was okay but this time we stayed in a twin room which was absolutely perfect. The only drawback to the hotel was the location was quite far out from the centre and not very well sign posted for. It was not that far to be fair once we became more familiar with the area but there are many roads you have to veer off onto which in the dark was difficult for me. The hotel was also noisy on this particular night (Friday) and the breakfast was 18 pounds sterling each which we could get ten minutes down the road for £3.50 each and it was delicious. (The Teapot cafe)

Good value luxury hotel

Pros: The food, all locally sourced. Quiet and spacious rooms. Large and good quality bed.
Cons: Price of the coffee! Heating in bar and reception area.
Large rooms, great beds, restaurant reasonably priced and good food. Staff very welcoming and pleasant.

Services was very friendly the view was not so good we have see only the street. the door was badly soundproofed price-effort was good for in Belfast, with the bus do you have 20min to the citycentren. breakfast was very good too
