Our experience from start to finish of was fantastic! We booked the valet parking which was the best money we spent so handy and efficient! We had cocktails in the bar which were delicious! We were able to complete a pre checkin upon arriving to the hotel which meant we collected our keys once the room was ready and our luggage was already in the room! All staff friendly especially the check in staff

The staff were very polite and interested to help with a kind welcome. The hotel was stylish if a little dark throughout. The gym advertised was 3 old pieces of cardio equipment and some dumbbells which only one person could access at a time so quite disappointing. Whilst the breakfast was good there was no rotation of items and not much originality. Overall the hotel was of a very high standard and the staff were excellent

Beautiful decor, very clean rooms, great customer service and convenient location. The rooms at the front of the building were a little noisy from the street outside though despite having the windows closed. We could hear the church bells pretty loudly at 9am in the morning!
