Dear Pascal, Thank you for sharing your impressions. We are glad that our reception staff were helpfull. On the other side, we are very sorry if our housekeepers didn't meet your expectations. We will pay special attention to improve daily housekeeping. Talking about our location, we would like to inform you that there is a gim with fitness nearby, our staff would help you find it if they knew that you were interested. Also, there is a few restoraunts, cafe's and supermarkets one floor below. We are located in New Belgrade, in business center called Yu biznis centar, and we have excelent connection to city center by bus or car.
